How it works
You buy an outcome, not a pile of boxes. Here's what happens after you place an order.
1 · Pick your package
Choose 1BR, 2BR or 3BR based on the unit. Pricing is per unit and covers the whole scope — there is no itemized furniture cart to manage.
2 · Qualify and order
Tell us the property address and whether the unit is managed by a property management company. If it is, name the company and your point of contact there so they're looped in from minute one.
3 · We source and design
A designer builds a layout and product board around the unit's dimensions, guest profile and market. Turnaround is typically 5–10 business days.
4 · Review checkpoint
We walk the full layout and product list through with you — and with your property manager contact if you have one. This is the sign-off conversation; nothing is purchased before it.
5 · One revision round
Swap pieces, adjust the palette or rebalance the budget. One full revision round is included in every package.
6 · Delivery
We schedule the delivery window with the property. Furniture arrives at the door and your approved mockup shows where everything goes — assembly and setup are handled on your side.
