BNBready Rooms ("we," "us," or "our") provides done-for-you furniture packages for short-term rental properties. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and place an order, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your full name, your email address, and the property address where furniture will be delivered. When you complete payment, our payment processor (Whop) separately collects your payment information (card details, billing address). We do not see or store your full card number — that is handled entirely by Whop's secure payment systems.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to process and fulfill your order (design, sourcing, and delivery), communicate with you about your order status, and coordinate delivery logistics with the property address you provide. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Whop for payment processing and Supabase for secure storage of order information. These providers have their own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site. The only cookies and browser storage used are those set by our payment processor (Whop) when its secure checkout loads on our order page — these are necessary to process your payment and prevent fraud. Our hosting provider may also record basic, aggregated traffic information (such as page requests) for security and performance purposes; this is not used to profile you or serve ads.
Data retention
We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and maintain business records, including for tax and accounting purposes.
